Enbekshildersky rural district / village council / was organized in 1954 by the center in the village of Enbekshilderskoye. He was a member of Enbekshildersky district .
From 1971 to 1997 he was subordinate to Valikhanov district of the Kokchetav region. From 1997 to 1999, the Yenbekshildersky rural district was annexed to the Yenbekshildersky district North Kazakhstan region. In 1999, with the formation of the Akmola region, with the center of Kokshetau.
The village of Enbekshilderskoye is a part of Akmola region of Birzhan sal district. The rural district is located in the eastern part of the district. The distance to the regional center is 180 km, to the district center is 60 km. The rural district borders on the east with Valikhanov rural district, in the west with Kenashchinsky, in the south with Mamaysky and in the north with Krasnoflotsky villages.
