Automation of the procedure for queuing up children and issuing referrals to preschool organizations in all regions.
In order to solve the problems of priority in preschool organizations and automate the process of forming and functioning of the queue and issuing referrals in all (100%) organizations of preschool education, a system of automatic distribution of priority and issuing referrals to kindergartens has been introduced. Work has been done to integrate systems with the National Educational Database (NEDB). Data from information systems are transferred to the NEDB. Thus, corruption risks are excluded in terms of filling out and providing data on the contingent, personnel of educational institutions.
Automation of state services for the admission of children in the organization of secondary education.
The state service "Acceptance of documents and enrollment in educational organizations, regardless of departmental subordination, for training in general education programs of primary, basic secondary, general secondary education" has been automated.
System of electronic journals and diaries "Kundelik.kz"
In the 2022-2023 academic year, work continued on filling the system of electronic journals and diaries "Kundelik.kz" by the district schools. In order to ensure the quality management of the EIS "Kundelik", specialists of the education department hold monthly online meetings with schools, where problematic issues in this field were discussed and resolved.Moreover, a section has been created on the educational portal of Education Administration (bilimvkoportal.kz), where you can find all the necessary teaching materials (manuals and instructions, video materials) for working in the system.
Use of digital educational resources.
In 2023, 32 schools of the district are connected to digital educational resources (BilimLand, IP Ayaulym, IP Yerdaulet, DarynOnline, GoMarketing, KuatBai Company, InCraft). They use resources online. Teachers actively use these educational resources in their educational activities.
