In total, there are 31 preschool institutions (kindergartens, mini-centers) in the Altai region with coverage of 2104 children (from 1 to 6 years old). Among them:

• 6 state kindergartens (covering 1,044 children);
• 3 private kindergartens (covering 456 children) (Berik K LLP, Marat-Sultan LLP, Golden Key);
• 1 kindergarten is in trust (covering 292 children) (Ladushki kindergarten);
• 20 mini-centers (covering 312 children), including:
• 15 mini-centers with a full day stay;
• 1 private mini-center ("Lesovichek" in the village of Bykovo - for 11 places).

To ensure the transparency of the procedure for the allocation of places in kindergarten, to eliminate corruption risks, since December 2018, the automation of the state service "Enrollment of children in preschool organizations and the issuance of referrals" has been introduced.

At the moment, 198 children aged 0 to 3 are in the queue for preschool institutions.

Informing the population about the availability of vacancies is carried out by the technical support of the vko.ddo.kz portal, by posting information on the Internet resources.
