Main tasks - ensuring compliance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state bodies, individuals, legal entities and officials to identify and eliminate violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, restoration of violated rights of citizens and legal entities, observance of the rules of land use, the correctness of land cadastre and land management and the implementation of measures on rational use and protection of lands.
