The volume of industrial production amounted to 1,151.7 billion tenge, with an Industrial Production Index (IPI) of 107.4%.

Structure of industrial production:

• Manufacturing industry:
  Volume – 1,034.4 billion tenge, IPI – 107.6%

• Mining and quarrying industry:
  Volume – 8.6 billion tenge, IPI – 134.6%

• Electricity, gas, steam, hot water, and air conditioning supply:
  Volume – 101.8 billion tenge, IPI – 102.5%

• Water supply; sewerage, waste management, and remediation activities:
  Volume – 6.7 billion tenge, IPI – 87.3%

As of July 1, 2025, the number of active small and medium-sized business entities amounted to 149,985 units, including:

• Legal entities: 14,831

• Individual entrepreneurs: 107,269

• Peasant (farm) enterprises: 27,885
