Taking into account the tasks of socio-economic development of the region for the medium term, the priorities of the regional budget expenditures will be:

– fulfillment of social obligations of the state in full;

– ensuring the provision of budget services to the population in full;

– construction and reconstruction of educational, healthcare, affordable housing and engineering and communication infrastructure;

– construction of water supply facilities to provide the population with drinking water;

– development of local level highways;

– maintaining employment of the population through the promotion of productive employment and the development of mass entrepreneurship;

– development of agro-industrial complex and support of SMEs.
