Regional geographic information system

Regional geographic information system

In 2015, the region developed a comprehensive electronic map of land resources. This map includes agricultural land, unused land, irrigation networks, and projects of national significance.

Currently, a Regional geoinformation system (hereinafter referred to as RGIS) has been created, which will unite all existing industry databases and cadastres.

At the same time, the e-map data is a platform for further improving the automation of e-government processes and the provision of public services in the field of land relations, architecture and urban planning, housing and utilities, agriculture, transport and logistics.

The RGIS will be a single platform that interacts with the e-government portal by both the service recipient and the service provider.

The Department of land relations, together with the departments of construction, architecture and urban planning, housing and utilities, and CIT, is working to improve the integrated map, which will provide a complete electronic translation of the processes of providing public services from receiving applications to issuing an identification document for a land plot. At the same time, transparency and control of land grant processes are provided.

The implementation of the project will allow providing online services for the provision of land plots for construction purposes, issuing topographical surveys, technical conditions, plans for the development of territories, and others. As a result, in the sphere of land relations, the period for providing public services will be reduced - from 1 year to 30 days, in the sphere of architecture and construction - from 100 days to 10 days.
