UAPF held an open doors day online
With full success
The UAPF is constantly improving the quality of the services provided for the convenience of contributors / recipients and saving their time, and therefore once again held an open doors day on December 10, 2021 in an online format on the topic “Digital UAPF: everything for the convenience of contributors”.
The event aroused great interest since now many people want to receive services in an affordable and simple way. For example, it was discussed the topic of what to do if, due to forgetfulness, we do not have an ID card with us when contacting certain organizations, and we are faced with a refusal to receive data and certificates. UAPF specialists and speakers of the web forum told about a possibility to receive a number of pension services even without presenting an ID card. To do this, it is enough to have its digital (electronic) version on a smartphone in the eGovMobile application. It is very convenient, but only citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan have this opportunity and only with a personal appeal to the UAPF office.
What services can be obtained:
When contacting the UAPF a contributor (recipient) who does not have the original ID card with him, he will be able, by informing the UAPF representative of the unique digital code generated in the personal account in the eGovMobile mobile application, to provide the UAPF employee with access to view this document in electronic format.
This and many other topics were discussed during the online event.
The Fund's specialists told about the possibility of obtaining a complex of information and consulting services on pension provision, the work of a pension calculator, and other online services of the UAPF.
In addition, during the meeting, UAPF specialists provided individual consultations on many issues of interest to participants.
UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 based on GNPF APF JSC. The UAPF founder and shareholder is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Institution “Committee of State Property and Privatization” of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. UAPF pension assets are managed by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From January 1, 2016, the functions for developing proposals to improve the management of pension assets were transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension benefits, individual accounting of pension accumulations and benefits, provides the contributor (beneficiary) with information on the status of his pension accumulations (for more information visit www.enpf.kz)
