Procedure for execution of certain types of administrative penalties
1. A person to recognize the fact of the offense and agree to the payment of the fine on the basis of the notification and (or) notice of appearance on state revenues directed (handed) a state revenue authority in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall pay the fine within ten days from the day following the day of receipt (delivery) of notification or notice in the amount of fifty percent from that indicated in the sanction of article of the Special part of this Code the amount of the fine.
1-1. The Provision of the first part of this article regarding the reduction of the amount of an administrative fine does not apply to administrative offenses provided for in articles 91 (parts six, seven, and eight), 92 (parts two, three, and four), 92-1, 266, 275 (parts one, two, and five), 278 (parts two and three), 279 (part one), 280, 282 (part five), 537, 551 of this Code.
2. Penalty, the person brought to administrative responsibility, the article of this code providing for liability for this offense, the time and place of commission of the administrative offense, the amount of the administrative fine, details for payment of the fine.
3.In case of non-fulfillment of the requirements established by part one of this article, proceedings in the case of an administrative offense shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by this code.
