How do the branches of UAPF JSC work now?
In Kazakhstan, in recent weeks, the gradual lifting of the imposed quarantine restrictions has begun. At the same time, it is very important to take into account the current situation with the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and the ongoing quarantine in some cities of our Republic. In this regard, the Unified accumulative pension Fund reports that in five regional branches (Akmola, Aktobe, Kostanay, Kyzylorda and North Kazakhstan regions) and the branch of Nur-Sultan city, a gradual transition to full-time service for depositors and recipients of the Fund has begun.
We note that the UAPF introduces a number of restrictive measures in these branches, in particular, admissions are made by appointment. Branches are open from 9: 00 to 18: 00, Saturday and Sunday are days off.
Please note that during the lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00, the operating room will be closed for airing, wet cleaning and disinfection/quartzization. In addition, there are two technical breaks of 15 minutes in the first and second half of the day for disinfecting work surfaces, chairs, door handles, handrails, etc., and airing the premises.
In the other regions, up to and including June 15, JSC "UAPF" has left a number of restrictive measures. Thus, in order to protect the life and health of citizens, as well as ensure the safety of the population, the Fund's divisions carry out contactless acceptance of documents, with the involvement of no more than 50% of the staff of the branch office.

On-duty employees of the Fund, by appointment, carry out contactless acceptance of documents for services that cannot be obtained in electronic format, subject to strict sanitary and epidemiological measures and the principles of social distancing. Services that cannot be obtained online include:
- registration of applications for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the death of the depositor / recipient (burial);
- registration of applications for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the death of the depositor / recipient (inheritance);
- registration of applications for the assignment of pension payments in connection with permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (in exceptional cases, at the request of the consumer of the Fund's services);
- registration of applications for the transfer of pension savings from JSC "UAPF" to insurance organizations;
Other types of ENPF services, such as receiving an individual pension account statement, changing Bank details, entering into agreements on pension provision at the expense of the DPA, etc., can be obtained online from the comfort of your home via the ENPF mobile app and Your personal account located on the Fund's corporate website www.enpf.kz (step-by-step instructions on how to get electronic services are attached in the relevant sections).

Additionally, it is provided to receive UAPF services by sending a package of documents by mail (Kazpost JSC) with the possibility of preliminary online verification of the package of documents on the corporate website of the Fund.
UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC " NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the state property and privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
