Tasks:

1) implementation of the state policy on the development and support of private entrepreneurship in accordance with the legislation;

2) ensuring the implementation of the state trade policy;

3) implementation of the state policy of industrial and innovative development;

4) enforcement and termination of contracts for exploration or extraction of common minerals.
