Preparation of documentation on the decision to establish a quarantine or restrictive measures on the proposal of the chief state veterinary and sanitary inspector of the relevant territory in the event of infectious animal diseases in two or more areas located in the territory of the region;
Preparation of documentation for making a decision to lift restrictive measures or quarantine on the proposal of the chief state veterinary and sanitary inspector of the relevant territory after carrying out a set of veterinary measures to eliminate foci of infectious animal diseases that have occurred in two or more areas located in the territory of this region;
Organization and provision of information on veterinary activities to interested parties;
Organization of neutralization (decontamination) and processing without removing animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that are dangerous to animal and human health;
Preparation of a package of documents for reimbursement to owners of the cost of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that are dangerous to animal and human health that have been neutralized (decontaminated) and processed without withdrawal;
Carrying out works on making a decision on dividing the territory into zones in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body;
Organization of sanitary slaughter of sick animals;
Summary, submission to the authorized body for approval and submission for approval of the plan of veterinary measures to ensure veterinary and sanitary safety on the territory of the relevant administrative-territorial unit.
Coordination of the organization and conduct of veterinary measures to ensure veterinary and sanitary safety on the territory of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit;
Organization of storage, transportation (delivery) of veterinary drugs for the prevention of particularly dangerous animal diseases, with the exception of the national stock of veterinary drugs;
Preparation of necessary documents for the state procurement of veterinary drugs for the prevention and diagnosis of enzootic animal diseases, services for their prevention and diagnosis, organization of storage and transportation (delivery) of veterinary drugs, carrying out veterinary measures for the prevention and diagnosis of enzootic animal diseases;
Conducting a survey of epizootic foci in case of their occurrence;
Issuance of an epizootological examination report;
Summary, analysis of veterinary accounting and reporting, approval and submission to the authorized body;
Ensuring the implementation of veterinary measures for the prevention, sampling of biological material and their delivery for the diagnosis of particularly dangerous animal diseases according to the list approved by the authorized body, as well as enzootic and other animal diseases;
Organization and conduct of educational work among the population on veterinary issues;
Preparation of documentation for approval of the list of enzootic animal diseases, prevention and diagnostics of which are carried out at the expense of budget funds;
Implementation of other powers assigned to local Executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the interests of local government.
