Childbirth allowance and childcare allowance for up to a year can be issued online through popular banking applications
Now you can apply for a newborn allowance through the popular banking applications Halyk Homebank and Kaspi.kz.
In order to apply for a childbirth allowance and the appointment of a social benefit in case of loss of income in connection with caring for a child upon reaching the age of one year through the Halyk Homebank and Kaspi.kz mobile applications, you must:
- go to the public services section;
- confirm consent to the collection and processing of personal data;
- select "Birth allowance";
- choose the child for whom the application will be submitted;
- check all the data and sign the application by digital signature.
After sending the application from the client and considering it by the state body, the client will be sent a PUSH notification and an SMS about the result of its consideration and the assigned amount of payments. You can apply for the service at any time within 1 year after the birth of the child.
Previously, it was possible to apply through the PSC, the e-government portal or using the SMS service from 1414. It is worth noting that this service is one of the most popular on the above services and is in great demand among the population.
Today, thanks to the integrations carried out through the convenient services of Halyk Homebank and Kaspi.kz, citizens online apply for child benefits using this service. The service is already available for iOs and Android users in the Kaspi.kz and Halyk Homebank mobile applications.
The new function was implemented jointly by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC, Halyk Homebank and Kaspi.kz.
