PREVENTIVE ACTION
"TURMYS"
In order to prevent offenses and repeated crimes by persons sentenced to punishment without isolation from society, who are registered with the probation service department of the Uygur district, from May 23 to May 27 of this year, a preventive measure "Turmys" is being held.
There are 50 convicts registered in the PCB of the Uyghur region, 1 of them are women.
To date, in pursuance of the Order No. 517 approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 18, 2014, together with district inspectors of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Uigur district, 5 convicts have been checked at their place of permanent residence, of which 1 violation of serving a sentence, not related to isolation from society, has been identified.
When checking at the place of residence with convicts and their relatives, a preventive, educational and explanatory conversation is held on preventing repeated crimes, prohibiting travel outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, on compliance with the duties assigned to them by the court.
