«Anniversary family-2022»
In the Almaty region, in order to revive moral values and cultivate a positive image of the family and marriage (matrimony), improve the status of the family, the National Competition "Mereili Otbasy" is held.
An application for participation in the Competition is submitted to district, city commissions of akimats from May 15 to June 15 of this year, by self-nomination, as well as by the presentation of local executive bodies, legal entities registered in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Families whose members have high labor, sports, creative, intellectual, scientific achievements, and also actively participate in socially useful activities (volunteering, charity, philanthropy, mentoring) are allowed to participate in the competition.
Members who are (were) members of organizations whose activities are prohibited on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and whose members have been previously convicted cannot participate in the competition.
The competition is held in two stages. The first stage is district (city), the second - regional.
The following documents are submitted for participation in the competition:
1) An application for participation in the competition in paper and electronic versions is submitted to the district, city commission
2) copies of identity documents of parents (guardians, trustees), copies of birth certificates of children;
3) copies of an extract from the decision of the local authorized body on the establishment of guardianship (guardianship) over a minor child - for foster (guardian) families;
4) copies of the marriage certificate;
5) copies of the death certificate in the event of the death of one of the parents (if any);
6) copies of documents indicating the presence of incentives for raising children, incentives for certain successes;
7) letters of recommendation from legal entities or individuals (at least two);
8) copies of documents confirming high labor, sports, creative, intellectual, scientific achievements of family members;
9) Applicants who submitted documents later than the specified deadline are not allowed to participate in the competition.
10) Documents submitted to the district, city commission are not returned.
