In order to improve the provision of pension services, the UAPF has launched a new project Legal Entity Office, which will facilitate and simplify for the employer the transfer of employee’s pension contributions.
This service is intended for employers who are tax agents whose duties include the transfer of employee pension contributions and allows you to generate, edit and print payment orders for the payment of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions.
As part of this service, you can see a list of employees for whom it is necessary to send payments to the UAPF, with the ability to edit (delete and add employees). In addition, the service allows you to view all data on previously generated payment orders in the payment history.
Access to the office of a legal entity is provided to the first manager who has the right to sign or a person authorized to sign financial documents only if there is an electronic digital signature for legal entities issued by the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
UAPF specialists will talk about how the new service works at the Open Day on the topic “Office of a legal entity. UAPF online service for business owners”, which will be held on March 18, 2022 in an online format.
All categories of the Fund's contributors are invited to the meeting, first of all, heads of organizations and enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, participants in small and medium-sized businesses.
During the event, the algorithm for using electronic services of UAPF JSC in the office for legal entities on the enpf.kz website will be demonstrated. Responsible employees of the Fund will talk about the need to form pension capital through regular contributions and about the role of both the employee and the employer in this process, as well as provide individual advice on other issues of interest to contributors.

The UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of GNPF APF JSC. The UAPF founder and shareholder is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Institution “Committee of State Property and Privatization” of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. UAPF pension assets are managed by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From January 1, 2016, the functions for developing proposals to improve the management of pension assets were transferred to the National Fund Management Council.
