Kazakhstanis wishing to apply for benefits paid in connection with the birth of a child and his care for up to one year can now apply to any PSC of the country, regardless of their permanent place of residence. Previously, having a permanent residence permit and applying to the PSC strictly at the place of residence was one of the main criteria for registration of social benefits.
To apply for benefits through the PSC, you need to provide an identity card, a birth certificate of the child (children), a marriage certificate, a bank account statement.
