Updates on the UAPF website
In connection with the introduction of amendments to a number of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as with the improvement of pension services provided by the EPPF, the corporate website of the UAPF is constantly updated, the list of online services presented on it is expanded, and information support for depositors (recipients) is strengthened.
Today, more than 90% of all UAPF services are provided in electronic format. On the corporate website www.enpf.kz all information is provided in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English).
In your personal account on the UAPF website, you can:
* check the status of your pension savings and generate an extract from your individual pension account;
* make changes and additions to the banking details;
* submit an application for the selection of an investment portfolio manager( IPM), including canceling this application;
* submit an application for the appointment of pension payments;
* check the status of the application for payments/transfers;
* get a certificate of the existence of an individual pension account;
* get a "duplicate" pension agreement;
* change the notification method to " via your personal account using an electronic digital signature or a user login and password”.
You can log in to your personal account using an electronic digital signature (EDS) or by entering your IIN and password.
For the convenience of depositors (recipients) and to save their personal time, the site has expanded the range of types of applications for the appointment of pension payments that can be submitted remotely. Now this service can also be used by the following categories of recipients of pension payments who have pension savings in the UAPF at the expense of voluntary pension contributions:
- persons who have reached the age of 50;
- persons with disabilities.
Before submitting an application, you must make sure that you have a valid EDS, an identity document, and a bank account opened in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In order to submit an application, you must log in to your personal account using EDS on the UAPF website, select the service "Submitting an application for pension payments" in the "Services" section, then fill out and sign the relevant EDS documents. The status of processing the UAPF application can be easily tracked using the "My applications for payments / Transfers" service in the "Services" section of the personal account also on the UAPF corporate website.
In the "Services" section, there are subsections:
- "Transfer of part of the pension savings to the trust management of the UIP (investment portfolio manager)", which provides information not only about the conditions for transferring part of the pension savings of the UIP, but also the register of companies managing the investment portfolio, and step-by-step instructions for transferring part of the pension savings to the UIP;
- "On the pension provision of workers of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union", where you can learn how from 01.01.2021, working citizens of the EAEU countries can form, maintain and further exercise their pension rights.
The section "Indicators" - "Indicators for pension assets" was supplemented with subsections "Transfer of pension savings to investment management management companies", "One-time pension payments for improving housing conditions" (broken down by authorized operators and regions), "One-time pension payments for improving housing conditions for purposes" and "One-time pension payments for treatment", where operational information is updated every working day.
The section "Indicators" - "Investment activity" also contains data on the structures of investment portfolios managed by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and investment portfolio managers, as well as an overview of the investment activities of the NBRK and UIP. This information is especially important for depositors (recipients) who decide to transfer part of the UIP savings.
In addition to all of the above, on the UAPF website in the "Electronic Services" section, you can still independently calculate your future pension payments using the Forecast Pension Calculator. It covers all components of the pension within the multi-level pension system of Kazakhstan: the state basic pension and the old-age pension (or solidary pension), as well as the pension formed at the expense of mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions.
The calculation is performed in three scenarios: pessimistic, realistic and optimistic, each of which takes into account the expected level of profitability, and all forecast results are presented in real value terms (minus inflation of the corresponding forecast period).

UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC "NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan is responsible for the trust management of the pension assets of the UAPF. Since January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals for improving the efficiency of pension asset management have been transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, provides the depositor (recipient) with information about the state of his pension savings (more on the website www.enpf.kz)
