Subject of the competition: In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2024 No. 754 “on some measures of state support for private entrepreneurship”, state grants are provided to social entrepreneurship entities, small and medium-sized businesses that are finalists of the “One Village – One Product” program, free of charge.
Grant amount: up to 5 million tenge.
Competition form: open competition.
Place for submitting applications for participation in the competition: In electronic form through the “Electronic Government” web portal in the “Kezekte.kz” information system.
Deadlines for submitting tender documentation: from November 4, 2024 to November 8, 2024 inclusive.
Applications received after the specified period will not be accepted.
Procedure for submitting competition documentation: To participate in the competition, applicants submit an application in the approved form and a complete package of competition documentation electronically through the “electronic government” web portal. Electronic applications for participation in the competition are submitted via the link: (https://www.kezekte.kz).
Order
submission of an electronic application by an entrepreneur via
web portal “Kezekte.kz”
To register in the personal account of the web portal “Kezekte.kz”, users provide the following information:
1) for individuals (individual entrepreneurs) – IIN, full name; last name, first name and patronymic (if any);
2) for legal entities, social entrepreneurship entities - BIN, full name; last name, first name and patronymic (if any) and IIN of the first manager;
3) contact information (postal address, telephone, email address);
4) details of the individual entrepreneur/LLP bank account in a second-tier bank.
For reference: If the above data is changed, the user changes the personal account data entered into his personal account within one business day.
After registering on the web portal “Kezekte.kz”, the entrepreneur submits an application to participate in the competition, attaching the following scanned copies of documents in PDF format to the application:
1) a certificate of the average number of employees at the time of filing the application, certified by the signature of the manager and the seal of the applicant (if any); 2) documents confirming the availability of co-financing in cash, movable/immovable property participating in the business project of expenses for the implementation of the business project in the amount of at least 20% of the volume of the provided state grant, an extract from a bank account confirming the presence of funds in the entrepreneur’s current account or documents confirming the estimated value of movable and (or) immovable property involved in the business project;
3) a copy of a document confirming the status of the entrepreneur as a social entrepreneurship entity or a small and medium-sized enterprise that is a finalist of the “One Village – One Product” program.
The application is registered in the subsidy information system by signing it with the entrepreneur’s digital signature and becomes available in the personal account of the regional coordinator.
If, before acceptance by the Regional Program Coordinator, an error is detected in the registered application, the entrepreneur has the right to withdraw the application, indicating the reason for the withdrawal.
To participate in the competition, an entrepreneur may submit only one application.
Applications are accepted within the deadlines specified in the competition announcement.
The regional coordinator of the Program, within 3 (three) working days from the moment the entrepreneur registers the application, confirms its acceptance by signing the corresponding notification using an electronic digital signature. This notification becomes available in the entrepreneur’s personal account.
In cases where an entrepreneur submits an incomplete package of documents, or submits inaccurate data or documents that do not comply with the established terms and conditions of the Program, the regional coordinator of the Program returns the submitted documents to the entrepreneur, indicating specific deficiencies in the submitted documents for revision.
Entrepreneurs applying for government grants to implement new business ideas must attach the following scanned copies of documents in PDF format to their application:
