Under the National Fund for Children program, the UAPF has accrued the first target requirements (for children under the age of 18) and the first target savings have been transferred to target savings accounts (for children who will turn 18 in 2024).
From January 1, 2024, all children - citizens of Kazakhstan who had not reached the age of majority as of the end of 2023 - became participants in the program.
The total number of program participants is 6,919,131 children (children born from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2023, inclusive). Of these, 304,815 participants will turn 18 years old in 2024 (children born from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006, inclusive).
Over the past year, all of them received the same amount from the National Fund of Kazakhstan in the amount of 100 dollars and 52 US cents.
It is important to understand that these are only the first accruals; the amount will increase annually due to the growth of the National Fund’s assets and the receipt of investment income. In addition, the accrued funds will continue to be invested as part of the National Fund’s foreign currency assets and bring additional investment income to children participating in the program until they reach the age of 18.
For children who will turn 18 in 2024, the specified amount has already been transferred to their target savings accounts opened automatically with the UAPF. These program participants will have the right to use their target savings for housing or education immediately upon reaching adulthood.
We remind you that target requirements are the obligations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to children under 18 years of age - citizens of the country, formed in the National Fund annually at the expense of 50% of investment income, calculated at the rate of return averaged over the last 18 years (preceding the reporting year). Funds taken into account as target requirements will continue to be invested until the child's 18th birthday and additional investment income will be accrued on them annually.
According to the law, the right to use targeted requirements occurs only after the child reaches 18 years of age. In the year the child reaches his 18th birthday, the amount of accumulated target requirements is transferred to the child’s target savings account opened in the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund for use on housing or education.
Money accumulated in the UAPF on target savings accounts of children who are citizens of Kazakhstan and reach 18 years of age this year are called target savings. In order to use these funds, an adult participant in the program can contact authorized operators by opening a bank account there, to which his target savings will be transferred from the UAPF in US dollars. The list of authorized operators who have entered into an agreement with the UAPF and work under the National Fund for Children program is posted on the website enpf.kz
The UAPF records all target requirements and target savings under the National Fund for Children program (including accumulated investment income) in US dollars, and also provides information on program participants.
Parents (or other legal representatives) of a minor can check information about the child’s participation in the program and accrued target requirements (using the child’s IIN) on a specially created website kids.enpf.kz. Here you can also familiarize yourself with the terms of the program, receive instructions, and answers to your questions. Parents can also check accrual data for their child in their personal account on the egov.kz portal.
An adult citizen can check the target savings independently in his personal account on the enpf.kz website, in the UAPF mobile application or on the egov.kz portal.
Statistical reports on accruals by age, gender, regions of the republic will be regularly posted on the website enpf.kz/

It is important to know that a complete list of children participating in the UAPF program is compiled annually based on official information from the State Database “Individuals”. If a child is included in this database, he automatically becomes a participant in the National Fund for Children program and is guaranteed to receive target requirements and investment income for all years of participation in the program.
If for some reason a child is not in the State Database “Individuals” and for this reason was not included in the list of program participants (but has the right to be a participant), then the target requirements are accrued for the missed period (missed periods) in full (including investment income) in the next calendar year.
In this case, we recommend that parents (legal representatives) of children check:
If the child has:
