As is known, from January 1, 2024, the country will launch the “National Fund for Children” program, within the framework of which all minors in Kazakhstan will be annually accrued in equal shares 50% of the average investment income of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan over 18 years.
Legal representatives of children will see information about the first accruals in February 2024 in their personal account on the e-government portal egov.kz.
But already now enterprising businessmen are appearing on social networks and instant messengers, offering for a fee services for entering the data of minor children into the state database, supposedly for the purpose of accruing funds. UAPF JSC strongly recommends ignoring such advertisements about intermediary services distributed. It should be remembered that you can check and enter the details of your children yourself and completely free of charge. To do this, you do not need to collect any documents, open accounts, or visit any departments, including the UAPF. The only thing that is important to do now is to check the availability and correctness of your child’s data (full name, IIN, date of birth) and check the availability of information about children in your personal account on the egov.kz web portal. If there is no information about children in your personal account, enter it yourself - it's just a few clicks.
UAPF reminds parents and legal representatives of program participants that by resorting to the services of intermediaries, you trust strangers with your personal data and the data of your children, which they can use for personal gain.

The UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of GNPF APF JSC. The UAPF founder and shareholder is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Institution “Committee of State Property and Privatization” of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. UAPF pension assets are managed by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From January 1, 2016, the functions for developing proposals to improve the management of pension assets were transferred to the National Fund Management Council.
