Implemented project

Akimat of Almaty region, according to the instructions of the Head of state, given at the meeting on the socio-economic development of the city of Almaty on September 20, 2017, work is underway to ensure the construction of radial roads to the Great Almaty Ring Road (hereinafter – BAKAD).

To date, the conclusion of the state expertise on the feasibility study on the streets of Severnoye polukoltso (#01-0318/18 from 17.08.2018) and Tlendiev (#01-0050/19 from 01.02.2019) of the ili district, on the streets of Abay (#02-0047/19 from 19.03.2019), Akyn Sara (#02-0043/19 from 15.03.2019), Sain (#02-0049/19 from 20.03.2019), Ryskulova (#02-0093/19 from 19.06.2019) Karasay district.

The design and estimate documentation of 6 radial roads from the border of Almaty to BAKAD has been developed, and to date, the state expert opinions on the POI have been received for the 4th on the streets of Severnoye polukoltso (#01-0053/20 from 03.02.2020) and Tlendiev (#01-0029/20 from 22.01.2020) of the ili district, on the streets of Sain (#01-0526/19 from 19.12.2019), Ryskulov (#01-0525/19 from 19.12.2019 g.) Karasay district. The total amount of construction and installation works was 27.6 billion rubles.tenge.

Obtaining expert opinion on 2 projects according to the concluded contracts is planned:

on Abay street 18.06.2020;
on Akyn Sara street 30.06.2020

Explications of land plots that fall under the construction of radial roads have been transferred to district akimats and work is underway to forcibly withdraw them for state needs. In total, 487 land plots fall under the construction of 6 radial streets, including:

- 36 land plots with an area of 36.3 ha (5.7 km long) were purchased for state needs in Sain street in ili and Karasai districts, (ili district-16 plots (estimated amount - 5,163,404 tenge, is 28.3 ha), Karasai district - 20 plots (estimated amount - 128,070,510 tenge, is 8.0 ha).

The construction of the remaining 5 streets (Ryskulova, Akyn Sara, Abaya, tlendieva, Northern half-ring) includes 451 land plots, which are being evaluated, including:

- on Akyn Sara street 64 land plots with an area of 35.8 ha, (8 state land users, 56 private);

- on Abay street 73 land plots with an area of 9.9 hectares (all land plots are privately owned);

- 156 land plots with an area of 19.7 ha on Ryskulov street (2 state land users, 154 in private ownership);

- on Tlendiev street, 139 land plots with an area of 18.5 ha, (13 state land users, 126 in private ownership);

- on the street. Northern semicircle of 19 land plots with an area of 9.9 ha, (2 state land users, 17 in private ownership).

Today, akimat of the Karasai district completed an assessment of 67 sites for the construction of Abay street in the amount of 303, 5 million tenge, the construction of a street Poet Sarah 55 sites in the amount of 937,1 million tenge, for construction of street Ryskulova 144 plots in the amount of 486,4 mln.tenge. In total, 266 land plots for the amount of 1 billion 728 million tenge were evaluated in the Karasay district out of 283. evaluation work is underway On the remaining 17 land plots (6 plots for the construction of Abay street, 10 plots for the construction of Ryskulov street, 1 plot for the construction of Akyn Sara street).

Akimat of ili district for the construction of Severnoye polukoltso street completed the assessment of 17 land plots in the amount of 138.3 million tenge (2 state land users).

For the construction of Tlendiev street, work is underway to assess land plots.

The regional akimat submitted a budget application for the amount of 1 billion 728 million tenge to the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As the necessary funds are allocated, the land plots that fall under the construction of these projects will be purchased.

To start construction and installation works on Sain and Ryskulov streets in 2020, the regional akimat submitted a budget application for the amount of 2 billion rubles to the Committee of highways of the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.tenge.
