Action rules of "I speak Kazakh" as a part of the competition "The state language - a symbol of independence"

1. General rules

Action within the competition "The state language is a symbol of independence".

2. The purpose of the action:

1) Educate young people on the basis of moral values ​​such as love for the country, honesty, justice, diligence, kindness, honor, by reciting excerpts from the songs of heroes;

2) Expanding the scope of the Kazakh language.

3. Candidates participating in the action must read an excerpt from the song of heroes (duration should not exceed 2 minutes) and share the excerpt on social networks (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram) until September 21, 2020 with the hashtag #IspeakKazakh2020. The publication must include the name, surname, place of study or work of the person who read the excerpt, the name of the proposed city or district. Also, the video must be registered in the account of Almaty Oblysy Til Basqarmasy (Facebook), tilbasqarmasy_almobl (Instagram), Almaty-Oblysy Til Basqarmasy (VK).
4. The action is held among the youth of other nationalities.

8. The winners of the action will be determined by the number of "likes" on social networks. The winners will be awarded by diplomas and prizes.
9. Information on the action will be published in the media within 10 working days after the event, posted on the website of the Department.
