On January 5, 2022, all divisions of the Fund worked normally, providing services to the population, until 16.00. On January 6, due to the declaration of a state of emergency by the head of state, the Fund's offices suspended their work. Since January 10, 2022, the functioning of almost all NPF units has been resumed. The Foundation's offices started serving the population from 9.00 to 16.00. The exception is branches in the cities of Almaty and Kyzylorda. Branches in the settlements of Merke, Shu and Kordai of the Zhambyl regional branch also operate remotely.
The call center at number 1418 operates through regional divisions until 16.00. Online NPF services are available depending on the regional internet connection. All internal resources and infrastructure of the UAPF to ensure the safety, security and uninterrupted accounting of pension savings are functioning normally.
