The theme of the event is "UAPF online Services". As you know, in the past 2020, humanity faced a new challenge – the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic. A number of quarantine restrictions and a lockdown regime were adopted, which increased the need to receive services remotely, in an online format.
Thanks to the developed and well-established electronic technologies, the UAPF managed to cope with the task, and to increase the number of services provided in the virtual space to 92%, which allowed depositors to continue to receive the necessary services despite the restrictions imposed.
