During the month, NPF depositors received over 4 million services
he Unified Accumulative Pension Fund only in January in the period from 01.01.2021 to 01.02.2021 provided its depositors with 4.2 million services. This is 2.6 times more than in the same period last year in 2020. It is worth noting that the growth was both for electronic services and for services rendered in person in the branches of the UAPF.
In the virtual space, 3.9 million depositors received the Fund's services, which is 92% of the total volume of services rendered. Compared to the previous year, we see an almost threefold increase in the popularity of online services. Recall that with the help of a Personal Cabinet, which is on the website and in the mobile app FUND investors from the comfort of home can get: a statement from an individual retirement account, a certificate of IPS, to verify the amount of pension savings for partial use and (or) transfer to WHIP, to make changes or additions to the details, apply for retirement benefits in connection with the disability group 1 or 2 indefinitely and many more.
It should be noted that some depositors still apply to our branches located throughout Kazakhstan. In the UAPF branches, depositors received 312 thousand services, which is 35.9 thousand more services than in the previous year 2020.
It is important to note that one of the tasks of the UAPF is to provide high-quality consulting services and develop information channels for depositors and recipients of the Fund. In January 2021, the number of requests from depositors through feedback channels increased more than three times compared to a year earlier. In the first month of 2021, there were 252.5 thousand requests, and in January 2020, 78.8 thousand requests.
