The algorithm of actions of the depositor under the transfer of pension savings management companies
If you decide to transfer part of your pension savings to one or more investment portfolio managers (IPOs), we recommend that you first read the list of existing IPOs and study their investment declarations on the enpf website.kz in the "Services" section - "Transfer of part of pension savings to the trust management of the UIP".
Further, to transfer pension savings, the depositor must apply to the UAPF with an application, which can be submitted through the personal account on the enpf website.kz or with a personal request to any regional branch of the UAPF.
When applying in person, you must present your identity card, then fill out the necessary documents, which the Fund managers will help you with if necessary.
When applying for a transfer to the UIP via your personal account on the enpf website.kz you need to perform the following actions.
Step one. Log in to your Personal Account on the enpf website.kz using an electronic digital signature (EDS). You can log in to your personal account from the main page of the site, or in the "Electronic Services"section.
Step two. On the main page of the Personal Account, check the amount of pension savings and make sure that the amount of pension savings at the expense of the OPV and (or) OPV is available for transfer to the trust management of the UIP.
Step three. Go to the "Services"section of your Personal Account.
Step four. Choose the service "Transfer of pension savings to the trust management of the investment portfolio manager". In the "Enter application details" window, information about the identity document, address and contact details of the depositor will appear automatically from the database of the UAPF automated information system. At the same time, information about the identity document is checked against the State Database "Individuals" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for their availability and validity. If some data (for example, address or phone number) has changed, you can make corrections.
Step five. In the "Fill in the fields" section, the option "in connection with the selection of the investment portfolio manager"is currently set by default. Here it is necessary to:
select the details of the pension security agreement from which you want to transfer the pension savings of the UIP (OPV or OPV);
choose from the proposed UIP Directory the name of the UIP to which you want to transfer pension savings into trust management;
specify the amount to be transferred to the trust management;
read and agree/disagree with the information provided.
Step six. Sign the application with your personal digital signature.
The seventh step. Track the status of application execution on the Main page of your Personal Account in the section "Tracking application statuses".
The UAPF transfers the part of pension savings that exceeds the amount of sufficiency to the trust management of the UIP within thirty calendar days after the date of receipt of the application from the depositor. The remaining part of the depositor's pension savings will continue to be managed by the National Bank.
Pension savings transferred to the investment management of the PPI do not relate to withdrawals of one-time pension payments (as in the case of withdrawals for the purpose of improving housing conditions and/or treatment) and will not be subject to individual income tax at the time of their transfer to the PPI.
