Two management companies entered the market
At the moment, 6 out of 18 management companies operating in the market and holding Agency licenses meet the requirements approved by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market for investment portfolio managers:

BCC Invest JSC - a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC»;
JSC " Halyk Global Markets "(BEFORE JSC " Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan»);
JSC "DO Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" Halyk Finance»;
JSC " First Heartland Capital»;
JSC "Centras Securities".
However, in order to transfer pension savings to the trust management of these companies, it is necessary to have an agreement on the trust management of pension assets, as well as a custodial agreement concluded between the UAPF, UIP and the custodian bank.
On February 18, 2021, agreements on the trust management of pension assets were signed between JSC "UAPF" and JSC "First Heartland Jysan Invest", as well as between JSC "UAPF" and JSC "Halyk Global Markets" (BEFORE JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan").
The custodian bank of JSC "First Heartland Jysan Invest" is DB of JSC "Sberbank", the custodian bank of JSC " Halyk Global Markets "(BEFORE JSC " Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan») It became JSC "Bank CenterCredit".
To transfer the pension savings of the UIP, the depositor must apply to the UAPF with a statement on the choice of the UIP. The application can be submitted through your personal account on the enpf website.kz or with a personal request to any regional branch of the UAPF.
