During the week, the UAPF received more than 60 thousand applications from authorized operators for early targeted payments
The Unified Accumulative Pension Fund, having closed the operational day on February 1, 2021, in eight days accepted 60,079 applications from authorized operators of depositors for early payments for targeted use.
Most of the applications to the UAPF were received from the authorized operator of JSC "Housing Construction Savings Bank "Otbasy Bank". 59,337 applications were accepted through this operator in the period from January 25 to February 1, 2021.
43,737 applications (more than 80%) for a total amount of about 240.5 billion tenge were approved and accepted for processing. Within 5 working days from the date of submission of applications to the UAPF, this amount will be transferred to the special accounts of depositors in Otbasy Bank JSC. 15,600 applications (less than 20%) were rejected by the UAPF as not meeting the legal requirements.
On January 28, the UAPF began to receive applications from depositors and from another authorized operator, JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan". In five days, 742 applications were received from him, of which 650 applications were accepted for processing, 92 applications were rejected due to non-compliance with the requirements of the legislation.
Thus, in total, from January 25 to February 1, the UAPF accepted 44,387 applications for processing for subsequent payment, totaling more than 243.8 billion tenge. The average amount of the application accepted for processing is about 5.5 million tenge.
As the analysis for these days showed, the main reason for rejection of applications (about 80.6%) is that the requested amount specified in the application exceeds the amount of pension savings available for withdrawal. At the same time, part of the refusals (about 19 %) is due to the fact that the requested amount exceeds the amount of pension savings available for withdrawal, taking into account the applications accepted for processing, which means that these applications are submitted again. The refusals were also related to the fact that some applications were submitted from applicants who do not have savings in the UAPF, or from depositors who do not have the right to receive a lump sum payment.
We remind you that the depositors who, for some reason (error when filling, incorrectly stated the amount of the change in the amount available for payment, etc.) had rejected an application for a lump-sum pension payments, after you correct the cause of failure, you can apply to the authorized operator.
In addition, if the depositor wants to use their savings for different purposes, you can submit separate applications for these purposes within the amount available for withdrawal.
It is important to stress that all information on pension savings are confidential and available only to the depositor in accordance with the requirements of the Law "On pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
We recommend checking the information about the amount available for withdrawal in your personal account on the enpf website.kz or e-government, in the UAPF mobile app directly on the day of submitting an application for one-time pension payments to an authorized operator. If the depositor has a sufficient amount of savings in the UAPF, an application for its use can be submitted an unlimited number of times.
All questions of citizens related to the submission of an application and the conditions for the targeted use of pension savings to improve housing conditions and (or) pay for treatment are considered by the authorized operator on the principle of "one window" and a separate appeal to the UAPF is not required.
