About 151 billion tenge was transferred by the UAPF to depositors for improving housing conditions
Operational data on the receipt of one-time pension payments for improving housing conditions as of February 3 are as follows:
From January 25 to February 3, 2021, the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund accepted 75,131 applications from authorized operators for depositors to make early payments for targeted use.
Most of the applications to the UAPF were received from the authorized operator of JSC "Housing Construction Savings Bank "Otbasy Bank". 73,355 applications were accepted through this operator in the period from January 25 to February 3, 2021.
53,709 applications (more than 73%) for a total amount of about 294.1 billion tenge were pre-approved and accepted for processing. 19,646 applications (about 27%) were rejected by the UAPF as not meeting the requirements of the legislation.
According to 27,327 applications received from the authorized operator of Otbasy Bank JSC, payments totaling about 151 billion tenge were made from 1 to 3 February 2021. The average amount of payments amounted to more than 5.5 million tenge.
From January 28 to February 3, 1,766 applications were received from the authorized operator of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC. Of these, 1,548 applications (about 87%) were accepted for processing, 228 applications were rejected due to non-compliance with legal requirements. 8.3 million tenge was transferred to the special account of the authorized operator.
Thus, since January 25, the date of the UAPF's acceptance of applications from authorized operators for processing for the subsequent payment of 55,257 applications for a total amount of more than 301.7 billion tenge. About 151 billion tenge was transferred to special accounts of depositors opened in banks that are authorized operators.
We remind you that according to the Rules for the implementation of pension payments, one-time pension payments for improving housing conditions and (or) paying for treatment, approved by the Government Decree, the transfer of savings to the authorized operator is carried out within 5 working days after the receipt of the depositor's application from the authorized operator to the UAPF.
It should be noted that according to article 173 of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period defined by the time period starts the day after the calendar date or event that will determine its origin.
We recommend checking the information about the amount available for withdrawal in your personal account on the enpf website.kz or e-government, in the UAPF mobile app directly on the day of submitting an application for one-time pension payments to an authorized operator. If the depositor has a sufficient amount of savings in the UAPF, an application for its use can be submitted an unlimited number of times.
All questions of citizens related to the submission of an application and the conditions for the targeted use of pension savings to improve housing conditions and (or) pay for treatment are considered by the authorized operator on the principle of "one window" and a separate appeal to the UAPF is not required.
