Agreements on cooperation between the UAPF and authorized operators were signed
The legislation provides that in order to receive one-time pension payments from the UAPF in order to improve housing conditions and (or) pay for treatment, depositors apply to authorized operators determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, filling out electronic applications on the Internet resource of the authorized operator.
In their application, the depositor indicates the purpose of using lump-sum pension payments and the available amount to be allocated for the intended use. The authorized operator reviews and makes decisions on the approval of depositors ' applications, interacts with the UAPF to transfer lump-sum pension payments from the UAPF to special depositor accounts opened with the authorized operator, and monitors the targeted use of lump-sum pension payments.
The interaction between the UAPF and the authorized operators is carried out through the electronic exchange of information and on the basis of the relevant cooperation agreements.
Currently, the UAPF has concluded cooperation agreements with JSC "Housing Construction Savings Bank "Otbasy Bank", JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan", JSC" Altyn Bank", JSC"Bank CenterCredit".
The agreement defines the procedure for information interaction and exchange of information between the authorized operator and the UAPF on accounting, transfer and refund of lump-sum pension payments, as well as the duties and responsibilities of each of the parties to the agreement, including the terms and obligations to maintain confidentiality of information.
The integration of the UAPF information systems and authorized operators is carried out through the integration service on the e-government web portal.
