Information of the talgar District Department of employment and social programs on the development of budget funds as of December 1, 2020
Including:
1) services for the implementation of the state policy in the field of employment of social programs for the population at the local level under the program 451001015 (wages, taxes, communication payments, etc.) allocated 33,055,000 tenge (12 people), for a period of 11 months 27,527,587. 30 tenge was disbursed.
2) at the expense of the Republican budget, 10,829,000 tenge was allocated under the program 451014011 to provide social assistance to needy citizens (40 people), 9,796,857.36 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
3) at the expense of the local budget, 57,072,000 tenge was allocated under the program 451014015 for providing social assistance to needy citizens (42 people), 48,979,676.51 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
4) 40,201,000 tenge (2,690 people) was allocated for the purchase of fuel for Health,Education, Social Security,Culture,Sports and Veterinary Specialists living in rural areas under the program 451004015 for the provision of social assistance in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 37,364,019 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
5) under the state program of targeted social assistance 451005011 at the expense of transfers from the Republican budget, 1,313,115,000 tenge was allocated (2,087 people, 10,660 family members), 1,167,613,019 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
6) at the expense of transfers from the regional budget, 171,118,000 tenge was allocated under the state targeted social assistance program 451005028, and 101,157,551 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
7) at the expense of the local budget, 17,003,000 tenge was allocated under the housing assistance program 451006015 (37 people), 714,762 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
8) at the expense of the local budget, by the decision of local representative bodies, 137,187,000 tenge was allocated under the program of social assistance 451007015 to certain groups of needy citizens (416 people. Participants of the Great Patriotic War, the Afghan war, the CHAS, socially significant diseases, probation workers), 101,809,304.70 tenge was spent for 11 months.
9) at the expense of the local budget, 5,448,000 tenge was allocated under the program 451010015 for material support of disabled children brought up and trained at home (97 people), 3,615,958 tenge was spent for 11 months.
10) payment for services for the calculation,payment and delivery of benefits and other social benefits at the expense of the local budget under the program 451011015, 14,967,000 tenge was allocated, 9,809,678.14 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
11) in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program for disabled people at the expense of transfers from the Republican budget,40,699,000 tenge was allocated under the program 451017011 to provide disabled people in need with mandatory hygiene products and services of sign language specialists, individual assistants, and 34,559,981.36 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
12) providing disabled people in need with mandatory hygiene products and services of sign language specialists,in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program of disabled people at the expense of transfers from the regional budget;
218,169,000 tenge (1,050 people) was allocated under the program 451017011 to provide assistants, and 194,712,391.60 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
13) capital expenditures of the state body under the program 451021015 (purchase of machinery,equipment, production and household equipment) were allocated 33,855,000 tenge at the expense of the local budget, 33,000,000 tenge was disbursed for 11 months.
14) under the program 451050015 to ensure the rights and improve the quality of life of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan, 8,158,000 tenge was allocated (330 for transportation services for people with disabilities), 6,145,000 tenge was spent for 11 months.
