1) Several years ago I registered in the UAPF Personal Account, but after a while I forgot my password, and then I lost my phone and did not restore my former number, how can I now get in and get a statement online?
You can view the statement from the individual pension saving account in the mobile application and the UAPF website, on the electronic government website using the current key of the electronic digital signature, which can be obtained from the Government for Citizens State Corporation NJSC.
In addition, you can update individual details (email address, telephone number of a subscriber device for cellular communication) registered in the automated information system of the UAPF by using an EDS or by contacting one of the UAPF offices.
2) Recently I turned 63 and became a pensioner. However, I would not like to stop working, so I have a question - will compulsory pension contributions be transferred from my salary now or not?
No, they will not. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan, persons who have reached retirement age are exempt from paying compulsory pension contributions and compulsory occupational pension contributions to the UAPF.
3) Good day! Due to the difficult financial situation, I have two overdue and unpaid loans. Please tell me if this debt can be collected from my pension savings?
No, they cannot. According to paragraph 3 of Article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the seizure or levying of claims on compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions, penalties, pension assets and pension accumulations on debts of the contributor (beneficiary) is not allowed.
In addition, in accordance with paragraph 14 of Article 98 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs, collection cannot be levied, including on pension savings for the debts of the contributor (beneficiary).
4) Hello! A month has passed since the death of my uncle, and we would like to know what documents are needed to receive his pension savings and what kind of funds can we receive?
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Law) in the event of the death of the beneficiary, as well as a person who has pension savings in the UAPF and has not reached retirement age in accordance with paragraphs 1-3 of Article 11 of the Law, , the UAPF is to pay to his family or the person who carried out the burial a one-time payment for burial within the amount of 52.4-fold monthly calculation index established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget, but no more than those available on the individual pension saving account (hereinafter - IPSA) funds.
In the event that the balance of the beneficiary's pension savings on the IPSA after making a lump sum payment for burial is an amount not exceeding the amount of the minimum pension established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget, this balance is paid as a payment for burial.
In addition, the provisions of the Law determine that in the event of the death of a person who has pension savings in the UAPF, they are inherited in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to subparagraph 2) of paragraph 9 of Article 34 of the Law, the UAPF is obliged to pay pension benefits to beneficiaries in the manner established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The specified procedure, as well as the list of necessary documents, are determined by the Rules for the implementation of pension payments from pension savings formed at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions from the unified accumulative pension fund, approved by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.10.2013. No. 1042.

5) Due to the coronavirus pandemic, my employer did not pay salaries for some time. Can I pay compulsory pension contributions for myself for the previous months if I am officially employed?
In accordance with the current pension legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, compulsory pension contributions are payable by contributors, by transferring the contributor's agent (employer). At the same time, only the following individuals can pay compulsory pension contributions (hereinafter - CPC) in their favor by transferring to the Government for Citizens State Corporation NJSC (formerly - SCPP):
- individual entrepreneurs;
- private notaries;
- private bailiffs;
- lawyers;
- professional mediators;
- individuals who receive income under contracts of a civil nature;
- payers of a single aggregate payment.
Thus, if you do not belong to the above category of persons, then it is not possible to independently replenish an individual pension saving account formed at the expense of CPC.
