Digitalization of services is an important area in the activities of the UAPF
On June 11, 2024, as part of the information and explanatory work among the population, an Open Day on the topic "Digital UAPF" was held in all branches of JSC UAPF in an online format. Innovations in the electronic services of the Foundation". As you know, in its activities, UAPF JSC pays great attention to the digitalization of its services and considers this one of the important areas. Today, more than 90% of the total volume of services is provided in digital format. The participants of the event were able to get acquainted with how this happens, and also learned about the new possibilities of digital services.
During the meeting, the Foundation's specialists also talked about what needs to be known in order to make better use of the possibilities of electronic services. The participants of the meeting noted that the decisions made by the Fund in terms of digitalization save time, effort and finances and are as convenient as possible.
In addition, the staff of the EPPF held individual consultations with those who wished, during which questions were raised not only on the given topic, but also related to the pension system of Kazakhstan as a whole.

The UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC NPF GNPF. The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The trust management of pension assets of the UAPF is carried out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory pension contributions from the employer, mandatory professional pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, as well as crediting and accounting for voluntary pension contributions formed from the unclaimed amount of guaranteed compensation for a guaranteed deposit transferred by an organization engaged in mandatory deposit guarantee, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On mandatory deposit guarantee, placed in second-tier banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan", ensures the implementation of pension payments. The Fund also carries out accounting of target assets and target requirements, accounting and crediting target savings (TSN) to target savings accounts, payments of TSN to their recipient to bank accounts, accounting for refunds of TSN in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the National Fund for Children program.
