1 July 2020 shall be obliged in registration of the accompanying documents on the goods
Dear taxpayers!
From 1 July 2020, according to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 26, 2019 No. 1424 for goods imported in the ROK territory from the territory of the member States of the EAEU, as well as the export of goods from the territory of Kazakhstan to the territory of States-members of the Union shall be obliged in registration of the accompanying documents on the goods (hereinafter SNT) in the information system "E-invoice" (IP of ESF).
At the same time, when importing goods from the territory of the EEU, the SNT is subject to registration by the importer no later than the day preceding the day of crossing the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
When exporting goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the territory of the EEU member States, the exporter shall issue the SNT no later than the day of the beginning of movement, sale and (or) shipment of goods.
