On December 16, 1991, the constitutional law "on state independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan"was adopted. For the first time, Kazakhstan has acquired a legally formed status of an independent state recognized by the world community.
This epoch-making event is the result of the fulfilled hopes and aspirations of many generations of our people.
And today, the role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev – the architect of the Kazakh model of statehood, the author of many strategic initiatives of global security is highlighted with special brightness.
The decisions initiated By the first President - Elbasy on the transition of the economy to market rails, the country's nuclear-free status, the transfer of the capital, the adoption of Program documents, the creation of a unique institution of inter - ethnic harmony, tolerance and unity of the Kazakh people-the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan and other strategic decisions have proved their historical validity and effectiveness.
Thanks to the balanced and far-sighted policy of N. A. Nazarbayev, modern Kazakhstan is recognized by the international community as a tolerant, secular, modern state.

The chairmanship of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe, Astana summit, the chairmanship of the Organization of Islamic cooperation, the Shanghai cooperation organization, the conference on interaction and confidence building measures in Asia, the Eurasian economic Union, the Syrian crisis is a landmark event, a high prestige in the international arena.

The state and every citizen of the country should make every effort to preserve and strengthen their Independence. The work of the whole society is necessary in revealing this aspect.
In this regard, a comprehensive assessment of the historical role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev in the formation and successful development of the Kazakh model of statehood is necessary.
HISTORICAL. For centuries, the Kazakh people have sought Independence. The events of the last centuries are a clear evidence of this. Each generation has contributed to achieving this dream. Therefore, the celebration of Independence takes on a special meaning and significance for every citizen of Kazakhstan.
A special mission is assigned to our generation. We must not only preserve, but also strengthen our Kazakhstan, make it successful and prosperous, while preserving our unique historical experience.
The work of state bodies, mass media, educational institutions, and non-governmental organizations should be aimed at introducing this value into the public consciousness.
THE 30th anniversary of Independence is the result of the systematic development of all the years of the independent state. It is necessary to show all the achievements of the country so that every citizen has a sense of belonging to the creation of an independent and strong state.

Justice is an integral part of our mentality, our enduring value. According to the Constitution, all citizens of the country are equal, regardless of nationality, religion, or property status. All the historical experience of the development of human civilization clearly shows that the life and well-being of ordinary citizens of the state depends, first of all, on the degree of security of their environment. Everyone should be aware of the truth: when our common security is secured, everyone gains significantly more. No matter how lucky an individual citizen is, he is still defenseless if his country is in danger.
The construction of an effective national security system is a priority task of the Kazakh state.

At the beginning of this year, in his speech at the opening ceremony of the year of youth, Elbasy instructed the Government to develop a program to prepare and celebrate the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In General, the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence should acquire a national character. The main goal of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence is to strengthen the statehood, unity of the people of Kazakhstan and the consolidation of society around the basic values, which are based on independence and stability, peace and harmony, justice and progress.
The main objectives of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan are:
