on the implementation of socio-economic indicators of the Talgar district agro-industrial complex
for the 1st quarter of 2019
According to the approved socio-economic development plan of the district for 2019, the sown area will be 32566 ha, including: 13735 ha of cereals, 4400 ha of oilseeds, 3056 ha of potatoes, 2721 ha of vegetables, 220 ha of melons, 8434 ha of forage crops.
According to the plan for spring field work, the following activities have been carried out to date:
- moisture closure: plan-22394, fact 19950 ha, 90% execution.
- harrowing of perennial grasses: plan 5484 ha, fact 5484 ha, execution 100%;
- harrowing of winter crops: plan 4150 ha, fact 4150 ha, execution 100%;
- vesnovspashka: plan 10432 ha, fact 9280 ha, execution 89%;
- pre-sowing tillage of 14910 ha.
To date, 1630 ha of spring crops, 360 ha of perennial grasses of the current year, 50 ha of annual grasses, 880 ha of potatoes and 410 ha of vegetables have been sown.
Spring field work is planned to be completed in the optimal time frame.
The necessary amount of seeds for sowing is obtained from certified seed farms, such as Budan LLP, LLP "Tukum.kz", "Orken" LLP, " KAZ research Institute of agriculture and crop production» etc.
The volume of cheapened diesel fuel allocated for spring field work amounted to 550 tons, 233 tons were mastered, and 42.4% of it was fulfilled.
In 2019, the acreage was treated with organic fertilizers, according to the norms. For priobreteniya mineral fertilizers signed agreements with companies such as LLP "Kazphosphate", "KazAzot" and "Kazagrogarant".
In order to provide residents of Almaty and the district with vegetable products, there are 17 greenhouses in the district, with a total area of 6.5 hectares. To date, seedlings have been planted for 1 crop turnover and care is being carried out, 50 tons of products have been received. The full volume of production for 1 turnover is expected in the months of may-June.
Also, innovative technologies are used by the district's commodity producers to increase the production of agricultural products. Grain crops on an area of 5000 hectares are grown using moisture-saving technology, as well as the technology of drip irrigation on 800 hectares, a system of sprinkler irrigation on 1400 hectares. The plan is 100% complete.
The area is fully equipped with equipment intended for sowing agricultural crops.
To date, the district has agricultural machinery: 928 units of tractors, 227 units of plows, 152 units of cultivators, 540 units. harrows, seeder 213 units, 25 units of potrebitelei, 552 units of trucks.
As of today, 87,683 hectares of pasture (61.2%) have been digitized out of 143,339 hectares, 1568 ha of hayfields (100%) have been digitized, and 2,137 ha (70.1%) have been digitized out of 3,050 ha of perennial plantings.
The okotnaya company started on March 25 this year. In all farms of the district, 41369 heads of sheep are subject to okotu.
Received offspring -9860 heads of lambs and goats. It is planned to get 101 heads of offspring from 100 ewes.
As part of the "Sybaga" program, 64 heads of "Kalmyk" breeding heifers from Russia were purchased and a mini-farm was created in the meat direction ("Alimzhanov"farm).
Created a mini MTF for 50 heads, purchased at their own expense heifers "Simmental" breeding breed from Russia ("Altai" LCD).
Purchased 30.0 thousand heads of breeding day-old chickens, breeds "ArborAcres", imported from the Czech Republic (LLP "ASYL Kus agro").
For the current year, the plan for exporting beef meat has been completed – 100 tons. For 3 months of the current year, farms of the district exported 50 tons of cattle meat to Vietnam, 50% fulfillment. Additionally, 27.5 tons of fish products were exported to Germany.
Also, "bayserke agro" LLP is working on the export of Mrs (small cattle) in live form with entrepreneurs of the United Arab Emirates.
This year, 5 investment projects worth 6.7 billion tenge are being implemented.
1. JSC "Alel agro" - construction of a slaughterhouse 70 thousand tons of poultry meat per year (project cost-4712.5 million tenge);
2. Baimene LLP - construction of a 5000-ton fruit storage facility(project cost-853mn.tenge);
3. Massari LLP-construction of an industrial greenhouse complex on 1 ha (project cost-600mn.tenge);
4. Massari LLP - construction of a vegetable storage facility for 1100 tons (project cost-170mn.tenge);
5. Kh "Enbek" - construction of an industrial greenhouse complex on 1 ha (project cost-400mn.tenge);
