The sole proprietorship is the service tax authorities for registration as IE, replacement of Certificate on state registration and issuance of the duplicate Certificate and the temporary suspension of the activities of individual entrepreneurs and deregistration of IP.
The registration service is provided on the basis of Chapter 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2006 "on private entrepreneurship", as well as articles 68 and 401 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget" (Tax code).
The tax authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan provide a service for registering an individual entrepreneur.
To register as an individual entrepreneur, you must:
1. Come to the tax Department;
2. Submit an application in the prescribed form (Appendix 19).
3. Provide a document confirming payment to the budget of the fee for state registration of an individual entrepreneur;
4. Provide a copy of the identity document with the original, pension agreement;
5. Photo size 3.5 * 4.5 cm;
6. To bring (a must!) a document confirming the location of the individual entrepreneur, a copy of the house book or a certificate from the address Bureau, a copy of the lease agreement.
7. To bring the folder;
8. Open the electronic key.
