"Career center of Talgar district" branch of KSU "Center for Labor mobility of Almaty region"
provides the following types of services:
For citizens:
- registration of applicants as job seekers and unemployed;
- search for a suitable job and assistance in finding employment;
- referral for short-term professional training;
- conducting professional orientation;
- referral to social jobs, community service, youth practice, first workplace, generational contract;
- providing consultations on the issuance of government grants for the implementation of new business ideas;
- promotion of voluntary resettlement of persons to increase the mobility of the workforce;
- provision of targeted social assistance.
For employers:
- assistance in the selection of necessary employees;
- subsidizing part of wages when creating temporary jobs.
The applicant, if desired, independently selects a suitable job using the Internet portal ENBEK.KZ . Professional orientation consulting services are provided in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Employment of the population". A simplified procedure for registering vacancies without physical contact of recruitment in a new electronic format has been introduced. An employer can submit a vacancy on their own on the portal ENBEK.KZ .
