The main function of the Department is to monitor local content in public procurement conducted by local Executive bodies of the Almaty region, in addition,
takes appropriate measures to digitalize and ensure information security in the state institution " public procurement Department of Almaty region;
provides filling of social networks of the Department and the website of the regional akimat with relevant information in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
conducts education, round tables, seminars and other events the messages of the President of Kazakhstan, decrees of the government of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts of the RK and the RK law on observance of labor discipline and the code of ethics for public officials;
ensures the implementation of labor legislation and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public service, compliance with the regime and conditions of work, as well as restrictions related to the stay in public service;
coordinates and ensures the activities of the disciplinary, certification and other management commissions;
coordinates the work of professional adaptation and mentoring of management employees;
coordinates the work of professional development of management, including retraining and advanced training of employees in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
ensures compliance with the procedures for evaluating the performance of administrative civil servants, promotion of civil servants, incentives, internal investigations, bringing civil servants to disciplinary responsibility, and dismissal of civil servants;
organizes and provides registration of documents related to the passage of civil servants in the unified automated information system "E-kyzmet".
