The main mission of the Department - organizing and conducting of public procurement of works in accordance with the current legislation according to the budget program of the Governor's office, in addition

-presenting the customer a single organizer of public procurement tasks for the organization and conduct of public procurement documents, rules for public procurement;

-development and approval by the unified organizer of public procurement of the draft tender documentation (auction documentation) on the basis of the task submitted by the customer containing documents established by the rules of public procurement;

- determination and approval by the unified organizer of public procurement of the composition of the competition Commission (auction Commission);

-placement by the unified organizer of public procurement on the web portal of public procurement of an announcement on public procurement;

- sending requests and comments by the unified organizer of public procurement to the customer from persons automatically registered on the web portal of public procurement, who received the tender documentation (auction documentation) to the draft contract on public procurement and (or) the technical specification of the tender documentation (auction documentation);

- determining the winner of public procurement by means of a tender (auction);

- conclusion by the customer of a contract on public procurement with the winner on the basis of the Protocol on the results of public procurement in accordance with the procedure established by this Law and the rules for public procurement.

- sending to the customer proposals and comments from persons automatically registered on the web portal of public procurement, information about which is included in the register of persons who received the tender or auction documentation for the draft contract on public procurement and (or) the technical specification of the tender or auction documentation.

- crediting to the revenue of the relevant budget or returning to a potential supplier the security of an application for participation in electronic public procurement by means of a tender or auction, in cases provided for by law;

-when conducting public procurement from a single source, in cases stipulated by law, sends an invitation to a potential supplier via the public procurement web portal to participate in public procurement.
