In Raiymbek district, all 20 localities are provided with a preferential master plan,

9 localities are provided with a detailed planning plan (Narynkol, Talas, Tekes, Tehistik, Kainar, Shalkodе, Sumbе, Sarybastau, Saryzhaz).

Of the 20 localities in the district, the full version of the map has been developed in the electronic vector map of ArcGis, and all the objects have been fully implemented.

There are 7,076 residential buildings registered in the address register information system for the district.

There are 243 registered streets in the localities of the district.

The state institution "Department of architecture and urban planning" of Raiymbek district provides 4 state services:

1. issuance of a certificate to determine the address of real estate objects on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Submission of source materials for the development of construction and reconstruction projects (redevelopment, re-equipment), issuance of architectural and planning tasks.
3. Approval of the sketch (draft design).

4.The issuance of a permit to conduct a complex of works on pasturisation facilities (demolition of structures).
