2. Submission of source materials for the development of construction and reconstruction projects (redevelopment, re-equipment), issuance of architectural and planning tasks.
3. Approval of the sketch (draft design).

4.The issuance of a permit to conduct a complex of works on pasturisation facilities (demolition of structures).
