Mission: implementation of state policy in the field of housing and communal services and housing inspection.

Tasks:

1) implementation of state programs on the territory of the district within the limits of its competence;

2) development of housing and communal services;

3) organization of a technical survey of the common property of the condominium object;

4) determination of the list, periods and sequence of carrying out certain types of overhaul of the common property of the condominium object;

5) approval of the cost estimate for carrying out certain types of overhaul of the common property of the condominium object, presented by the management body of the condominium object, financed with the participation of housing assistance;

6) participation in commissions for acceptance of work performed for certain types of overhaul of the common property of the condominium object;

7) determination of the service organization in the case provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

8) checking the availability of a report on the management of the condominium object when contacting the owners of the premises (apartments) of the condominium object;

9) implementation of other tasks stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
