In the region there are 66 km of republican, 240 km of regional, 282 km of rural and 588 km of highways.
At the expense of the local budget, in 2021, 256 million tenge was allocated for the average repair of roads in the villages of Saryzhaz, Sarybastau, Kainar, and 30 million tenge for the average repair of roads in the village of Talas. At present, in the village of Kainar, medium repair works have been fully completed. The construction of the village of Sarybastau is 90% complete. In the village of Saryzhaz, average street repairs have been completed. According to the data of average repairs on the internal roads of the Talas village, 56 water pipes are being replaced in the Talas village and the road surface is being leveled. According to the special project "Auyl-El Besigi", 203.2 million tenge was allocated for the average repair of 4.4 km of roads in the village of Kakpak until 2021, and Almaty Zholdary LLP won 106.4 million tenge. The funds saved have been fully returned to the republican budget. Medium renovation works are now fully completed. For the average repair of 2.3 km of roads in the village of Kyzylshekara within the framework of the special project "Auyl-El Besigi" 93.7 million tenge was allocated from the republican budget, an agreement was signed with LLP "Almaty Zholdary" for 67.2 million tenge. The savings were returned to the republican budget. Medium renovation works are now fully completed.
