Conducting state architectural and construction control and supervision of objects under construction in the territory of the Almaty region;

Performs state architectural and construction control over the quality of construction of objects under construction, compliance with existing state and interstate standards;

Control and supervision over the performance of design and survey, expert, construction and installation works by individuals and legal entities;

Control and supervision over the activities of customers of technical supervision, author's supervision of project developers and supervision of contractors to ensure the quality of construction and installation work on objects;

Conducting verification to establish the accuracy of the data specified in the notification of the beginning of construction and installation works;

Taking appropriate measures against violators of regulatory legal acts and state regulatory requirements in the field of architectural and construction activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

In case of detection of violations of state standards and (or) deviations from approved projects (design decisions), the State architectural and construction Inspectorate issues an order to eliminate the violations by the customer (developer) and (or) the contractor construction and installation organization (enterprise) within the established time limits;
