In 2011, graduated from the Kazakh State Women's Teacher Training University, Almaty.

Specialization: Sewing Equipment Operator and Tailor.

Began her career in 1999 as a Tailor at a Sewing Workshop in Kargaly village.

2003–2010 – Individual Entrepreneur Moldasheva M.S., Almaty.

2010–2012 – Manager at Keleshek-AVH LLP, Zhambyl District.

2013–2023 – Director of A.Rich LLP, Zhambyl District.

2014–2023 – Director of Alga Invest LLP, Zhambyl District.

Since 2016 to the present – Director of Meruert-S LLP, Zhambyl District.

Since 2016 to the present – Chairperson of the Council of Business Women of Zhambyl District.

Since 2018 to the present – Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of School No. 4, Kargaly, Zhambyl District.

Since 2021 to the present – Director of Altyn Adam Zhetisu Sheberler Ortalygy JSC, Zhambyl District.
