Began his career in 1989 as a mechanic at the T. Kenzhebayev State Farm in Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region.

1996–2003 – Head of the "Atakonys" Peasant Farm in Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region.

2007–2016 – Founder and Director of Bakay-Stroy LLP in Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region.

2014–2020 – Founder and Director of Eskene N-S LLP in Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region.

2016–2022 – Head of the "Agro-Masak" Peasant Farm.

From 29.03.2026 to 12.10.2026 - Deputy of the Almaty regional Maslikhat of the VIII convocation, Chairman of the Commission on Health, Education, social protection of the population, development of culture and sports.
