36 houses

On the site intended for private individuals in the village of Kegen for the construction of 36 houses in 2019, 13.9 million tenge were allocated for the preparation of design estimates. and 8.7 million tenge for the preparation of design estimates for housing and communication networks. A tender was announced through the state portal, as a result of which «Zhetysu Saulet-Kurylys» LLP was recognized as the general contractor of the project.

Currently, design estimates and state expertise of housing are ready. The total cost of housing is 670.0 million tenge. (the total area of each house is 65 sq / m). The budget application was submitted to the Almaty Regional Construction Department, the construction and installation of housing will begin in 2020, subject to the allocation of funds.
