Deputy Akim of the district Commissioner for Ethics B. Eleusizova in the Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "Kazakhstan in new conditions: period of validity " noted that this year in the country, local residents elect rural akims, whose term of office is expiring. This is, of course, an important step in the process of political development of our state, which has become an open, democratic country. A meeting was held with 5 elected akims of rural districts (Boleksaz, Zhylysay, Uzunbulak, Saty, Tasashi), where the requirements arising from the Code of Ethics, legislation on public service and anti-corruption were explained, the quality performance of the functions assigned to civil servants, including disciplinary measures imposed on civil servants, possible risks for preventing corruption in the public service were considered.
